The BERGMANN XPERT 6.34 is a three-axle spreader with a hydraulically sprung chassis and a permissible total weight of 33 to 34 tonnes. It is equipped with a narrow drawbar, a self-supporting, conical all-steel trough with a loading volume of 29.5 m³ and a low-maintenance drive with separate protection. The body is fully cathodically electrocoated and powder-coated. This design gives it high manoeuvrability and payload capacity and makes it easy to clean.
The XPERT 6.34 comes standard with a milling unit with two horizontal milling drums (pass width 1,700 mm) and the reinforced standard T-Spread disc spreader with two spreading discs (each ø 1,100 mm, each with six adjustable spreading vanes) as well as spreading vanes and deflector plates in Hardox quality for working widths of up to 24 m, depending on the spreading material. The milling drums are fitted with bolted, easily replaceable double V-shaped tines for optimum crushing of the spreading material. The milling unit is driven by a cardan drive as standard. Optional extras include the V-Spread wide spreading unit with two spreading discs (each ø 1,100 mm, each with six adjustable spreading vanes) for working widths of up to 36 m – depending on the spreading material – and the 2-Spread hybrid spreading system with two vertical spreading rollers (each ø 1,050 mm) and spreading discs with three spreading vanes each for maximum throughput. All spreading units are ideally suited for the optimum distribution of all spreading materials (manure, compost, lime, etc.).
The maximum possible tyre size is 800/45 R30.5. In addition to operation via ISOBUS, TIM (Tractor Implement Management – implement controls tractor) is also available in various versions. The wide range of options allows for optimum adaptation to the user's requirements.
