Hydraulic tridem chassis, 33 - 34 t gross weight, from 230 hp
The BERGMANN XPERT 6.34 is a three-axle spreader with hydraulic suspension and a gross weight of 33 to 34 t. It features a narrow drawbar, a self-supporting, conical all-steel bin with a load volume of 29.5 m³ and a low-maintenance drive with separate protection. The body is fully cathodic dip and powder-coated. Thanks to its design, it is exceptionally manoeuvrable, has a high payload and is easy to clean.
The standard features of the XPERT 6.34 include a milling unit with two horizontal milling beaters (passage height 1,700 mm) and the reinforced standard disk spreader unit T-Spread with two spreader disks (ø 1,100 mm and with six adjustable spreader blades each), and spreader blades and guide plates in Hardox quality for working widths up to 24 m, depending on the spread material. For optimum shredding, the milling beaters are fitted with double tines in a V-pattern. These are screw-fitted for easy replacement. The milling unit is driven via a cardan drive as standard. Optionally available are the wide spreading unit V-Spread with two spreader disks (ø 1,100 mm and with six adjustable spreader blades each) for working widths up to 36 m (depending on the spread material) and the hybrid spreader unit 2-Spread with two vertical beaters (ø 1,050 mm each) and spreader disks with three spreader blades each for exceptionally high throughput rates. All spreader units are ideally suited for optimum spreading of all materials (stable manure, compost, lime etc.).
The largest possible tyres are 800/45 R30.5. In addition to operation via ISOBUS, various versions of TIM (Tractor Implement Management, where the trailer controls the tractor) are possible. The large range of optional extras makes for an ideal adaptation to users’ requirements.
