The VARIOSIX is a chassis with low drawbar for swap bodies. The standard tridem chassis with 300 mm hydraulic axle compensation ensures superior driving characteristics, excellent stability and off-road capability as well as safety both at standstill and while driving. To ensure low ground disturbance on the field, various tyres in sizes up to 800/45 R30.5 are available. The vehicle has a gross weight of 23 to 24 t, depending on equipment. A follow-up steering for the first axle to minimize disturbance of the sensitive sward is standard. The chassis is optionally available with a follow-up steering for the third axle and hydraulic or electronic forced steering. It can hold the spreader body TSW A 21 and forage body HT 50 / HT 50 S. These are mounted using proven Twistlock fasteners, like the ones used for truck swap bodies and in shipping. Custom body solutions with non-BERGMANN products are also possible.
